Archangel ‘Limited Edition’ Rhubarb Gin Liqueur contains a special variety of the finest Norfolk Rhubarb, grown just for us at Beeston.
Our rhubarb is steeped in our own special vodka for a minimum of four weeks and tasted frequently to see how it’s coming along! We blend the finished product with our award winning ‘Classic’ gin until the balance of flavours is perfect.
Each batch is unique as the flavour profile of the rhubarb develops over the summer. We filter twice – but not too much! We don’t want to lose any of that delicious rhubarb flavour. There is no lurid pink colouring added – we believe when it comes to colour, Mother Nature knows best!
Every cut of rhubarb contains varying amounts of juice so we make it ‘to taste’ – not to formula. Consequently, so each batch has a slightly different ABV, lovingly recorded on the individually labelled bottles.
Drink cold from the fridge with a rich pudding, or with ginger ale for a long drink or, for a summer celebration, with prosecco to make a Rhubarb Royale.

Amazing taste and colour….not too sweet like some other gins but has a definite rhubarb flavour. A favourite of mine!
